The Rocol Foodlube Dismantling Spray is a fast-acting penetrating lubricant designed for releasing seized and corroded threaded fasteners in food-safe environments. This non-toxic dismantling spray is specifically formulated for use in food processing, pharmaceutical and other clean industries where contamination must be avoided. NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact, it also holds ISO 21469, Halal and Kosher certifications, making it suitable for the most stringent hygiene requirements. The formula contains no mineral hydrocarbons, animal-derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients. The fast-acting penetrating action quickly releases corroded threaded fasteners and other seized components, whilst leaving a light residual film that provides short-term corrosion protection. With an operating temperature range from -20°C to +110°C, it performs reliably across typical food production and pharmaceutical environments. Ideal for maintenance engineers and contractors working in breweries, food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities and other clean manufacturing environments where traditional mineral oil-based products cannot be used. The spray should only be applied in well-ventilated areas and not to very hot surfaces. Store below +50°C, out of direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture.
