Designed by the Giti Tire European R&D team in Hannover, the new Enduro Sport is Runways’ new flagship product, developed specifically for the UHP segment. It is aimed at sports cars and powerful saloons, as well as medium sized and large Sport Utility Vehicles. Outside tread shoulders have high stiffness to provide excellent braking grip, confident cornering, and superb handling. 4 wide longitudinal grooves are designed for maximum water evacuation and tyre-road contact, to ensure excellent wet performance, reduced stopping distance, and reduced risk of aquaplaning. The three central ribs design as a hook on the road, to provide optimal braking, high speed stability, and active steering response. The specific design of the micro-sipes is tuned to deliver enhanced grip in poor road conditions, reduced braking distances, and improved acceleration.
