Each part is produced from high grade materials, which is essential for today’s engines that run at very high temperatures with a reduced stem diameter to minimize friction. As a conscientious supplier we have initiated a program to mark every valve we produce with the FAI part number, a factory code, and batch number. This information enables FAI to identify the valve/guide to the factory it was manufactured in and the date it was produced on. As our factory partners are ISO9001 & TS16949 certified, using this information we can identify the material used, the foundry it was produced in, the QC records taken during its production, and even the workforce on that shift. This means that our customers can be assured that we will have total traceability for our valve/guide range.
